The Count of Monte Cristo

We took a drive to Monte Cristo this afternoon on a whim. It take about an hour to get there from our house. It is up Ogden Canyon, past Snow Basin. We missed the fall colors by a couple of weeks, so we made a mental note to get up there around the first of October next year - because it would be beautiful. There was about 8 inches of snow in some places...uggh, winter is at our doorstep. Anyway, I mostly wanted to go up to try out the new camera. Cam and Austin both got haircuts today...hence the faux halk in Austin's hair...whatever.

This has got to be quite possibly the funniest card ever made...and it goes out to the hubby on his 31st birthday! Austin will now and forever be known as the official birthday card picker-outer VP.

People in Wallyworld were giving me very strange looks as I was laughing...little did they know.
