Conversation two minutes ago:
Context: Austin, Burke, and I are playing hide n seek. (Austin and I under the covers of my bed, with burke bouncing around on top trying to find us). We sit up and scare burke and then he licks his paw.
Me: oh, no
Austin: He has a hurt paw?
Me: He might
Austin: kiss it better!
Makes me feel good to know that someone thinks my kiss can heal anything....even dog paw. LOL.

and its true... a moms kisses can heal anything.
i just hope he remembers that for the next 20 years.
Is it pathetic that this makes me cry a little. Being a mom turns one into such a sap.
