For some reason I don't have a picture of the actual bird; but it and the veggie tray were delicious. Thanksgiving has got to be one of the greatest holidays ever. As a wise friend once said: "Turkey is the gift that keeps on giving." It lasted us for a week. mmmmm....

i love that you have a picture of the veggie tray, but not of the turkey. from now on everytime i reference thanksgiving it will be as veggie day, instead of turkey day, to you!
